Is it possible to make a cake using a box mix and freeze 2-3 days prior to thawing and decorating? I have two orders coming up this weekend, and now have to go out of town for my other job. Trying to get things lined up and ready for when I come home, but I don't want to do this if it will cause problems with the flavor or moisture in the cake. Help!?
