My mom made the most amazing cake icing using creme bouquet flavoring, powder sugar(whole bag)

slight amount of ilk and shorting. I have lost her recipe and she cant remember the amounts of each thing. If someone has this recipe could you please post for me? I would be forever grateful!! Thank you. 

I don't really think this is the same frosting you are searching for, but it has become my all time favorite. I positively LOVE Creme Bouquet. 

I have made it with and without the strawberry, so don't let the name put you off.

(I find it difficult to keep from eating it with a spoon in the mixing bowl. So I justify it by leaving a lot in the bowl that I just must lick out when washing.    )
