Believe it or not just the other day, via email, I gave a quote for a very detailed cake.  She replied,  "For a cake?"  That ended our conversation.  I did not even respond.  Unless of course, it's not too late to send this on to her as my response. :/

AI would have directed them to the baking aisle in the grocery store if all they want is 'a cake'.

Thank you for posting this.  I am going to print it and hang it on the wall in my shop!

I may even make it my mission to read it every morning and look at it when I answer the phone or while sending an email with a price quote!

AKelly masters from cake boss made this, looks like you got ahold of the one someone cut off her information on. Im on my phone so i can't get the version on here, but I'll send her here so she can get you the original, trying to stop the spread of this one

I am very happy this sentiment resonates so much with you all! Please go to Facebook and share the image as I created it! Whoever took my image and cropped off the business info is no better than someone who would steal cake photos, in my opinion. (NOT accusing anyone here, this cropped version is spreading like a virus.)
