AHi.

I have a wedding cake to do for this Friday (21st sept) (the wedding is saturday but they want it at the venue friday) and need to put a buttercream filling in it. The client also wants a marzipan covering before the icing goes on. I've read that marzipan needs at least 3 days to dry so my question is if I fill my cakes with buttercream today (17th sept) will they be ok for Saturday? I've also got to decorate it with sugarpaste roses and need time to attach those. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
