I just started making sugar cookies and I was wondering, what shapes are the most versatile? Do you have any shapes you're able to use for multiple things? I've seen repurposed cookie cutters and was looking for some input. Thanks!

My most used is the circle. I can use them to make mini cakes (the three tiered minis), fondant toppers, cookies, anything really.

Circles, squares, and hearts are all very verstile. I have LOTS of these shapes in all different sizes. Lots of flower sizes, too. I still gravitate toward hand-cut designs, though. I guess I'm just a glutton for punishment when it comes to cookie decorating!
