Just wondering if anyone had come across a good book about baking other than The Cake Bible.

was there a specific technique you were interested in? TCB is really the baking bible due to its thorough deconstruction and testing of the recipes. Whimsical Bakehouse is a good one. I like the cupcake recipes, but there are thousands of good books. I look for books that reflect my style and point of view.
