Hello cake proffesionals,

My country's cake style is the cake filling out with fruit jelly and cover with imbc. However I'm interested in exploring other types of cake style. I just wonder, can I use abc, imbc, and smbc as fillings?

thank you :)

ASure, you can use whichever you'd prefer. You can also incorporate various flavors extracts, real fruit, jam, chocolate, etc.

AI can't read the labels the pic is distorted but that's what they look like. I like to order from Spices, Etc. com, LorAnn Flavorings is a popular brand. Good quality cinnamon is something I love adding to BC. Play around with flavors, see what you like.

We were talking about Vanilla Extract the other day and one of the members recommended making your own with vanilla beans, it takes a while but they say it's amazing. I've got my beans ordered, I'll try to find the thread for you.
