AI am wondering if anyone has a good recommendation for an icing that would work well for a cupcake cake. I've only made one other CCC and my standard vanilla cupcake icing consistency wasn't great. I typically use IMBC for cakes (and I love it) but I don't really use it for cupcakes, especially for kids. I've tried a few other vanilla frosting recipes recently and none have been winners. Thanks!

have you tried to gently thin out your icing? either with water, maybe some warm simple syrup, or milk? Maybe add some cold whipping cream (2 Cups or so) to your already made buttercream and WHIP WHIP WHIP!!!! Your buttercream will fluffen RIGHT UP!
