I guess I have an unsteady hand.. but my buttercream wont smoothe.. sometimes i can get it really smoothe, but yesterday it wouldnt.. i even used the high ratio shortening.. let it crust,, and when i did the viva method..it just wont smoothe.. it still has lil cracks in it and no matter how much i go over it,,, its just not fixing.. what do i do?
well i do try to get it as smoothe as possible before it crusts..but u may be right.. maybe it is too stiff.. but im always afraid if its too thin, it wont crust and i cant use the viva method.. uggg
