All-In-One Tulip Cutters

AI have made tulips before using the single petal cutter. Today I saw an all-in-one cutter that had three petals. How would you use that? Could you only use it for open tulips? Thanks.

You could make the tulips closed or open, depending on how you overlap the petals.
