Hello all,
A customer sent me a cake in the link below:

Please does anyone have ideas of how to go about making this??, she wants about 30 good sized portions. All ideas, suggestions will be highly appreciated.

I would use square cakes for the bottom portion and use rice crispy treats with a dowel thru them for the skinnier portion.

Thanks indeed ladies for your prompt responses, very well appreciated. The ideas are just what i was thinking....i think my client may have a change of mind when she gets the quote as it is extremely laborious considering all the piping work especially on the upper part.
