I am a total cake decorating novice. I am seeing rave reviews on recipes for buttercream frostings that use pudding in the mixture as well. I see that freezing regular buttercream and then defrosting the cake seems to generally turn out well but I am wondering if anyone has tried freezing and defrosting a pudding-based buttercream frosted cake. Thanks!
