So, I was playing a silly online game today that I really like, (Flipline Papa's Cupcakeria) and in one of the stages they have "XO" Sprinkles, for Valentine's seasonal cupcakes.

I thought this was such a cute idea so I googled for them, but aside from a few (real) pictures of cupcakes with them on, I couldn't find them as a product.

Any idea where we could buy them? 

AI have a bunch of them. I get a lot of sprinkles right after a holiday so they're cheap. Wilton makes XO sprinkles, so you can try there, but google wholesale or bulk sprinkles or something like that. I've found several sources for all kinds of seasonal sprinkles, I dint know where my list is right now though.
