Hello Everyone,

I am new on Cake Central and have been making cakes for just under a year. I have received a request to make this cake. I am very confident with making this except one thing.....any ideas how to make the "peeling" part of the bark? At first I was just going to leave that part out but it turns out that it's one of the bride's favorite part of the cake. I have to make it for this Saturday. Any help, ideas or tips would be very much appreciated!
