I'm making a baby block cake for a shower. 3 6x6x6 blocks for 54 servings, covered in fondant. I quoted $3.50/serving for a total of $189. I'm delivering the cake about 40 miles away. Didn't quote a delivery charge yet. I'm kinda new to selling cakes and keep second-guessing myself on pricing.

AAt first glance, that's very reasonable. Prices vary by geographical location & skill level, but sounds on track.
