I'm sure it's on here, however I can't find it and there's no easy search on here.  I need to know if I should put in fridge or leave out over night.  thank you

If it has a perishable filling, then put in fridge, just over nite. I personally wrap it good even for little time. I put in cake box, wrap with saran wrap and then heavy foil. If it is one tier 8"-10" size i will put in a freezer compatible cake taker. hth

Thanks for the reply.  It's a doll cake with a side cake, so kinda awkward shape. I guess I'll have to make a box and wrap in saran wrap.

If you have a good crust on your BC that think will stay fresh and moist for a darned week!

Yes I have a good crust on mine, and cake is pretty moist.

It will be good sitting out as long as there is not a perishable filing.
