AHi! I would like to know how to make a cupcake between the mini size and the regular. There is a cupcakery that sells cupcakes smaller than regular but larger than mini. Thanks!

Mix batter, fill cupcake liners, bake.
Ok, that was my "cheeky" response. There are lots of sizes available. I have a silicone baking pan that makes a 2" bottom 1 1/2" too. You'll need to search for cupcake pans then search for liners to fit.
Webstauarant offers several sizes.
