Help!! My ganche keeps sinking to the bottom of my molten lava cupcakes. What am i doing wrong?
AHmmmm. A toughie. It sounds like maybe it is your recipe. When I make chocolate lava cakes I fill the rammekin with the batter (usually flourless) and then I have a scoop of ganache and push it to the center. Maybe you are pressing tok far? I don't know, also the batter is usually cold when I'd out it in the oven. I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I don't remember the recipe that I've used bit this seems like a good one .
