Hi everybody, I making a chocolate mayo 1/4 sheet birthday cake. I've been looking for a frosting that would compliment the cake but I don't think the customer would like a frosting made with a lot of powder sugar. I would like to be able to do some piping with the frosting.Pleas hekp

AChocolate sour cream frosting is delicious and different than typical chocolate powdered sugar icing. Not sure about piping it. I've never tried.
