Hourly Rate/minimum Cake Price

Just curious:
What is everyone's hourly rate? and do you have a minimum cake price?
Right now, I use Cake Boss Software, my rate is $15/hour and my minimum cake price is $150. I feel like with all the extras I have to do (ingredient shopping/bookkeeping/emails/quotes) sometimes it just isn't enough!
If you feel like it isn't enough with all of the extras you must do, you should up it to $20/hour. That's totally reasonable.
You're right it isn't enough. Cake Boss doesn't have a section for profit over an hourly wage?
Yes, howsweet. it does. I currently have mine set to $15/hour. I was thinking of upping it to $20...my work is worth that. I'm just nervous! Will people pay?

It depends on the area. If you live in a more affluent area then people will pay for quality. If you live in an area where most people shop at Walmart (not that there's anything wrong with that), then probably not.
