AI really struggled pricing, followed an Entrepreneur on twitter who said pricing should be first, I had it last :(. Used cake calculator from cake coach online, brilliant feel confident when I quote now as I know I've got it right.

AWhat I meant was I was good at pricing ingredients, knew competitors, but was not good at pricing all my labour. A formula has given me confidence and proud of the end result. Starting out small doing cakes for friends as a hobby was different mind set to a business making profit.
