Do you have any gum paste?  I just use a pea sized amount, add a little water - a drop at a time - and stir till you have a runny glue.  Just a dab of water will also work if it is fondant to fondant.

I use a thick royal icing to glue on my decorations.  Good luck!

A dab of melted white chocolate tinted in the color of the icing will work also.

I use royal icing or buttercream depending on how heavy something is.

As another option, Wilton makes an edible glue.
