Does anyone make a 15 x 3 inch round pan that does NOT have an anondized finish?  I have one by a pretty well know manufacturer but all their pans are anondized and that finish makes my cakes bake with a crust that is just too dark for my taste....much, much darker than in a traditional aluminum pan.  I can find 15 x 2 inch pans from a number of makers, but am having no luck with finding a 3 inch deep pan....I am trying to convert my pan collection to 3 inch deep pans.
