I'm having a problem with my sugar cookies. They always end up with bubbles on teh surface. This happens the first time I roll them, so I know it's not an issue of not incorporating the flour in between re-rolling. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried the No Fail Sugar Cookie recipe on here? Not sure how to fix that problem but that recipe is great.
