While I normally would bake the cake for a friends wedding, I'm the maid of honor this time and won't have the time!  I am looking for a local baker to do the wedding cake.  I don't want to use a larger chain bakery or some of the locals that everyone else uses.

Wedding Date:  May 17, 2014

Here is what we need:

3 tier (100-150 people)

Vanilla/Almond cake layers

Almond Buttercream

MARSHMALLOW or MODELING CHOCOLATE fondant only

Sugar Flowers (colors are Peach & Teal - pastel)

SugarVeil lace

Wood Cake Stand will be provided by Bride

1/4 sheet cake (Diabetic)

Example of cake style is attached.
