AHie people ..please help.im a new caker .I would like to knw how best to colour whipped cream that i want to use to ice a lightning macqueen cake.can i use powder colours and will colouring not disturb or change the consistency

HI, I've never used colours in whipped cream, but I often make sweetened cream by adding a spoonful or so of icing sugar to the double cream before whipping, and it helps it to hold its shape.  I don't see why colours would be any different, unless it might do something to the acidity of it...  Why don't you try with a little bit and see?
