Hello all. Just wondering if anyone has tried to freeze rice krispie figures before? If so how did you do it? I assume it would be similiar to cake (saran wrap and tinfoil). Any disasters from freezing it? Did you cover with fondant before hand? Any tips would be much appreciated. Thanks

I've never frozen them before, but they keep practically forever just wrapped in plastic wrap. I may get blasted for saying that, but I've never had them go bad. I mean, marshmallows never mold, they just get stale. Same with Rice Krispies.

AThanks I agree with you. I figured it would be fine for at least a couple days and still taste good. I just wondered if anyone has tried freezing them. Do they get mushy? Does it help to cover them with fondant first? Etc.
