They have one where undo a round and square on same day....has anyone done this course?

AHi Bec, I found a lot of courses at craftsy web site, google it. It has some free classes and others with cost but you have to practice a lot! And sorry for my English, I speak spanish so... Good luck!

ADefinitely take advantage of classes with PC if you're in Australia.

AI'm booked in for basics 101 102 & 103 in September. I live on the other side of the country so its quite a treck for a 5 day course. A pastry chef friend of mine has done several cours's there and she said they were invaluable to her development. I am super super excited!! I am self taught so I am looking forward to getting some professional advice. Good luck and enjoy if you go ahead :-)
