AI have searched the forums, but have only found threads on how to prevent midline filling bulges. Well, I have a wedding cake here with bulges. Does anyone know how to fix them? I tried scraping them away and re-icing, but they are back!

Basically, it seems your cake is heavier than your filling can support.  The only full repair at this point would be to disasemble the cake and start again.  The filling needs to be thicker, or you could pipe a dam around the edge of the cake before adding the filling in the middle of the dam and putting the top layer on.

Sorry - no good news here!
