...But I dont understand a word in the video as its not in english and the written instructions isnt that clear. Also what exactly is this?  My brother loves ferror rocher so I think he'll like it but I dont even know what it is?

Basically it is whipped cream mixed with nutella, whipped egg whites, milk, milk chocolate, hazelnuts and gelatin, poured into 2 bowls and refridgerated until it is set. Then the bowls are put together to make a sphere, coated in hazelnuts and ganache and spray painted with edible gold paint to simulate the gold wrapper. She only added a few real Ferrero Rochers to the mix because she said it would be a surprise for the few people that were lucky enough to get one.

If anyone has the time, can you please post the step by step instructions like what she's saying in the video? Also she shows a clear bowl (which I also have) but uses the red ones...is there any way to use the clear bowls?  I guess the top wont have the full circle?
