Hi everyone

I have been asked to make the attached Smirnoff Vodka botllecake. This is to serve 40 to 50 people ( coffee serves).

What size do you think i would have to make it to serve that many people. I have never made a 3D cake before, so if anyone has any tutorials or any suggestions - it will be greatly appreciated.
