Every one loves my decorated cookies .I used cream chese & butter in them. However they will not stay on a stick and break easy. I like for them to be kindo of soft and I cook them on 275 for about 20 min. Any suggestions ?
It sounds like the softness is the problem. Have you tried gluing the stick to the back with royal icing instead of inserting it into the cookie?
You could always bag the cookie, tie it securely shut with a pretty ribbon, and then glue or tape the stick onto the bag.
Thanks ladies I will try that. my cookies are large and kind of heavy. I will try both suggestions.
