Quick question...I am going to attend a farmer's market next week and among my baked goods I want to sell cookies. Will Glassine bags keep them fresh? Or do I need to wrap in something else? I do plan to sell most by half the dozen or etc...but some I like to sell individual for quick grabs. There are like Chocolate chip and etc.....not decorated sugar cookies.

Thank you.

I would think you'll be fine with the glassine bags for individual cookies. It sounds like the cookies you will be selling will stay fresh enough without needing air-tight packaging. Plating some and covering with plastic wrap would be good, though, for those who want to purchase a set of cookies. Best wishes on a successful sale!
