I have an order for a three tiered pillow cake. I have no problem with covering the cakes, I however would need help on how to assemble them so that they do not fall or shift. Any suggestion would be welcome. thanks
I'm new to this and haven't done many stacked cakes, but I'm sure if you use the regular dowel method for stacking, it will keep the cakes in place.
On the Wilton website it demonstrates stacking and dowel construction using cake rounds.
