There are plenty of recipes for booze cakes around that mimic cocktails.  As an example I made my girlfriend Mojito cupcakes for her birthday.  They combined rum, lime and mint, like the cocktail, and were delicious.  Intoxicated cupcakes by Kate Legere has cocktail combinations but I haven't actually tried any yet.

Cocktail themed cakes sounds fab, maybe try the whiskey sour, blue hawaian tipple, rum n raisin, strawberry daiquiri, pina colada, cointreau and chocolate, there are so many ideas you can play with :)

There is always Rum Cake - http://www.browneyedbaker.com/2012/04/18/homemade-rum-cake-recipe/ and Harvey Wallbanger (orange flavored). I have the "Booze Cake" cookbook if you want a particular drink cake.
