I need a 60th wedding anniversary design I can make ahead out of fondant/modeling chocolate that when I get to my destination I can simply set on top of a premade 1/4 sheet cake from a local grocery store. I'll be traveling for 3 days, fitting a wedding in between, so I won't have refrigeration for the decoration. My parents have farmed for 60 years and are avid fans of all their grand children's sporting events. Just wondering if anyone has attempted to do this as well. I'm talking 4th of July weekend in South Dakota/Minnesota so it will be humid. Thank you!
