I am making 2 cakes for Easter and I am missing my Toba Garrett Book! Does anyone know if her Yellow Cake is posted ANYWHERE online? I've torn my house apart... found books I didn't remember owning but no Well Decorated Cake!!!

3 c cake flour 1Tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1c unsalted room temp butter 2 c granulated sugar 5 lg eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/4 c buttermilk 350F. 45-50 mins

You will find it when you are looking for something else. That is the way my everyday life is. lol!!!
It's my favorite too. I've tried at least 20 different yellow cake recipes and it is the best.
So far it's my favorite recipe :) It's not as dense as some of the others I've made, but it can absolutely handle being stacked. The Well Decorated Cake is a great book.
