AIm going to use try them with my cookie busniess. I want more detail on my wedding dress cookie favors. I use Wilton chocolate melts for the frosting since its a short bread cookie. Anyone have any advise for using them?

I have never used textured sheets with wilton candy melts and not entirely sure how it would work as they are not like a chocolate mould. I imagine if you wanted to texture the candy melts you would have to spread it thin and press the textured sheet into the spread of candy melts while they are at that perfect stage of not to dry that it wont imprint - or to cool that it just melts. maybe you should try using fondant or gum paste for the texture sheets as they imprint really well and hold the print too?
