Hi guys,

I have The Cake Mix Doctor book which I love but wanted to know if there is any way to use her recipe's in different size and shaped pans?  And also how to make up for the smaller mix sizes? do I add more mix from another box or is there another way? Thanks!

i think the easiest and most straight forward way is to just add more mix by weight

if you do the math you could add extender--i did it somewhere--can't remember if i wrote it down nor where it's at now if i did write it down ;)

but measure the cups of batter you make and use a chart like this to make other sizes etc

more sizes in here too

when you read the charts you see the different batter amount suggestions listed for different sized pans

gives you a heads up on it
