Hi all ive tried making roses from moddelling chocolate but to no avail,icon_sad.gif it just keeps melting and wobbling all over he place, all i am left with is a blob that has no resemblence to a rose, i am using a modelling chocolate recipie that i got from the internet, 115 g chocolate to 30ml corn syrup, it says to put in in the fridge for a couple of hours so iput mine in overnight.

i was wondering if anyone has any tips on using this recipie x

AYour ratio of chocolate to corn syrup looks similar to mine, so I don't think that is the problem. How was the texture before you let it cool?

I strongly suggest looking for Lauren Kitchen's modelling chocolate videos on YouTube. She has one that talks about what can go wrong when making it and also one on how it should look when you make it. Super helpful!
