Made my first batch ever of Whoopie pies today. Where have these little beauties been all my life. So easy and fun to make. Great alternative to birthday cakes in my opinion. I made red velvet with Cream Cheese marshmallow in the middle with a little bit of LorAnn Butter Vanilla Emulsion..OH MY GOD !!!!!!!
