I'm looking for a good fondant recipe that tastes good and will work good with my cricut cake. All the ones that I have found taste good but are too soft to go through the cricut even after being frozen.

I use Linda Mc Clures recipe (above link) and it works great.  Not sure what it tastes like though as I generally pull the decorations off and throw them away but other people seem to eat them.

try googling "Linda McClures gumpaste recipe.  Try You Tube as well.  She has a video tutorial.  Hope this helps!
