If I make a cake that is iced in BC and covered in MMF can it be frozen?

Or would ir be best to carve and base ice cake then freeze and cover in fondant 1 day ahead?

AI am new at this but I asked my instructor a similar question & she said it wasn't a good idea because when you take it out the fondant will sweat.

I wouldn't. I did when I first started and my cakes would look "wet" and sticky. Awful.
