My estimates (for 2" high pans filled about 3/4 full)  are

9" round 5 cups

9" heart  4.5 cups

12" heart 9 cups

I don't have a 10"heart but the Wilton chart says 5 cups for that.

If you have a recipe that makes 2 9" round layers, it should make 2  9" or 10" heart layers, or cut the recipe in half if you just need one.  That same recipe for 2 9" round layers, would make one 12" heart layer.

If your recipe makes one 9" layer, it will make one 9 or 10" heart.  Double it to make one 12" heart.

If you double your recipe for 2 9" round cakes, you cake make the 12" heart and the 10" heart with a little left over for a spare layer or cupcakes.  US measures.  (1 cup is about 230 ml).  HTH
