just curious but for those of you who model figures......how much do you charge for them? Do you charge a flat fee per figure or hourly

Flat cost and I itemize them seperate from the cake.

I cost per hour I recon it'll take me (conservative estimate including sketch planning and scale drawings), I then add on materials at cost plus a small percentage as wastage but materials is generally only a tiny part of the final cost; time is the biggest cost to you so make sure you charge for it.

 

Also if you're enquiring into licences for characters/logos build that time cost in too, and then you can say "it'll save you £30 to sort the licencing out yourself" icon_biggrin.gif
