I PMed the submitted but they have not responded. The shades I get from my pink colors always are more pastel or bright, not this great antique-y look!

add brown in varying degrees to whatever colors you want for:

1. a more realistic looking color
2. a nice smokey look like the picture
3. to lose the primary color feel

to have a good control on things use:

1. brown food color
2. brown tinted icing

some people recommend using copper for this effect too
