I have been using AP Flour in the original WASC recipe but was wondering if cake flour would be better.  Has anyone used both?  Which works better in the WASC recipe?  Thanks! icon_smile.gif

I forget what WASC stands for, but I have used both AP and cake flour in my cakes.  I don't find a huge difference except in price.  :)

I have always used AP in my recipe.

BTW: It stands for 'W'hite 'A'lmond 'S'our 'Cream"  (cake reciep) :)
