AIm making a cake and cupcakes for this upcoming saturday. I was thinking of starting Thursday and finishing by friday. I don't want to feel rushed, so I want to see when do you bake the cake, make the fillings, buttercream, when do you ice and finish the cake? I kn ow its a lot of questions but any advice will be highly appreciated :D
AI bake ahead and freeze several days or weeks before and decorate the night before. You can also make your buttercream in advance and freeze as well. I have a full time job so the freezer is my friend.
