AHi all,

Any thoughts on using this for professional use? I picked one up today for a deal...my thought was using it for working on batches of cake pops, to keep the chocolate coating at a workable temperature.

AI saw that last week there is also a wilton melting pot both of them chaim to melt chocolate so I would think that you wwould have luck using it for cakepops or other chocolate work. Let us know how it works out for you
