Can someone please tell me how long should I bake cupcake mini's?  I don't want them to be dry.

Since the are so small I figured they would dry out quickly.  Also what do you charge for these little

gems?  I have no clue........

Thanks for your help.

Give them 10 minutes and then start checking.  Can't say any more exactly because baking time depends on how full the pan is and how hot your oven really is.

Thanks.  I will try this and see.  I am not sure how full I will make the liner but I bake at 325.

Maybe I will start with half full and see how that does.  I would like to fill the cupcake so I want

it kinda big.

I bake mine at 350 for 10 minutes.  They are normally done after that.

I normally do them for 12 mins. Rest depends on your oven make also.

Agree with others that it really depends on your recipe and oven.  I bake at just under 350 degrees F for 10-13 minutes.  I always check 10 minutes in just in case.  Because they're so small, it's really easy to overbake mini cupcakes and have them dry out...

AI live at 4250' elevation. So I bake mine at 350, for 10-13 minutes.Plus I will have to add flour, per high altitude directions.

I also bake mine at 350 for 10 minutes.  As far as charging - it really depends on where you live and what your market will bear.  We have a little cupcake store here in central Florida that sells the normal size for $4.95 and the mini's for $2.50 each.  She gives a 10% discount if you take a dozen. They are not 'normal flavors though.  They have a large variety daily and they decorate them very cute.  Seems expensive to me, but she can get it and has been in business for over a year only selling cupcakes!
